Develop and execute field marketing strategies to drive sales pipeline and revenue growth.
- •As a Field Marketing Manager on the Revenue Marketing team, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns to create and accelerate sales pipeline.
- •You will partner closely with regional sales leaders to align marketing strategy with sales goals through a mix of digital campaigns, experiential events, executive roundtables, and ABM.

- •Establish and refine repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for regional field marketing activities.
- •Own the tracking and reporting of program results, closely monitoring event KPIs, lead flow, pipeline creation, and overall program ROI.
- •Requirements 4+ years of field marketing experience, ideally for enterprise B2B/SaaS audiences.
- •Deep event planning and management knowledge with a proven track record of successfully executing multifaceted events.
- •Strong relationship-builder with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive buy-in from sales leadership.
- •Operationally minded self-starter with high autonomy and strong project management skills.
- •Working knowledge of marketing technology tools (Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms) and comfort utilizing data to drive campaign decisions.
