- •Own, grow, and deepen relationships with government agencies using Civic Marketplace, guiding them from onboarding through long-term adoption to ensure consistent value.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of government agencies and public entities.
- •Drive proactive outreach, schedule demos, onboarding, and training sessions.
- •Ensure client retention and satisfaction; track open requests and follow-ups.
- •Coordinate cross-functionally and feed client insights to product and GTM teams.
- •Requirements Proven customer success or account management experience with government or B2B clients.
- •Strong proactive outreach, relationship building, and follow-through skills.
- •Experience running onboarding, training, and business reviews.
- •Ability to coordinate across teams and escalate/resolve client issues.
