- •SumUp US is seeking an experienced data, insights, and commercial operations leader to build and unify a GTM Data and Commercial Operations function.
- •This role will oversee the full data and commercial operations stack powering merchant acquisition, growth, and retention.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and unify the GTM Data and Commercial Operations organization.
- •Build a single source of truth for core GTM metrics.
- •Partner with engineering teams to improve the data stack, tooling, and processes.
- •Champion an AI-heavy approach to GTM operations.
- •Co-own improvements on key GTM metrics with cross-functional partners.
- •Requirements Extensive experience leading GTM Data, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Analytics functions at a senior level.
- •Demonstrated ability to turn fragmented analytics into a coherent roadmap delivering business outcomes.
- •Strong command of modern GTM data and tooling stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Salesforce, BI platforms).
- •Comfort operating across high-level strategy and hands-on detail.
- •Experience working within global, multi-region organizations.
