Drives category growth and revenue performance for fine jewelry.

  • The Category Manager is responsible for driving category growth and contributing directly to Mejuri's revenue performance.
  • Key Responsibilities Execute a 360-degree category strategy to meet and exceed revenue, gross margin, and inventory turnover goals across e-commerce and retail.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandise Planning team to build seasonal and annual forecasts, manage Open-to-Buy inputs, and ensure optimal inventory flow.
  • Act as the commercial lead in the Product Development process, bringing data-driven inputs on sales trends, market gaps, and customer feedback to shape new collections and product optimizations.
  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, market trends, and pricing strategies across fine and demi-fine jewelry, translating what you find into actionable recommendations for the broader Merchandising team.
  • Lead lifecycle reviews and make clear recommendations on discontinuations, obsolescence, and liquidation, partnering cross-functionally to execute.
  • Requirements Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing product lifecycles and working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitive intelligence.
