Marketing Automation Manager

Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing automation for Fullscript's Labs business.

• •Fullscript is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager for a fixed-term role to own the development, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs for their Labs business.
• •This hands-on role focuses on driving practitioner and patient engagement through multi-channel campaigns.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing execution for Labs, including nurture, drip, and webinar campaigns.
• •Build, deploy, QA, and optimize omni-channel journeys in Iterable across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
• •Utilize segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content to deliver timely and relevant communications.
• •Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization roadmaps to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• •Analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• •Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing operations.
• •Strong hands-on experience with Iterable or similar platforms (Klaviyo, Marketo, HubSpot).
• •Proven experience building and optimizing lifecycle journeys and multi-channel communications.
