About the Role

Own end-to-end product design for a core Kittl surface (editor, AI, or growth), impacting activation, retention and AI-assisted creation for millions of users. Report to Head of Product Design and work closely with PM and Engineering as an independent contributor.

Key Responsibilities

Own design from research through shipping, measurement, and iteration
Drive product initiatives and unblock teams
Raise design craft via critique and pairing
Translate user, business, and technical constraints into design decisions
Build reusable patterns and contribute to the design system and AI patterns

Requirements

Minimum 6 years designing digital products with 2+ years on consumer/prosumer products at scale
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership and shipped outcomes
Hands-on experience designing AI-driven or generative product surfaces
Bias for action and ability to deliver high-quality work quickly
