  • We’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDR) to help build Modal’s go-to-market engine from the ground up.
  • As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth, engaging with founders, engineers, and executives at AI-native startups and enterprises to generate pipeline for our sales team.
  • Key Responsibilities Own outbound prospecting to high-potential startups and enterprises Qualify inbound leads and ensure a smooth handoff to AEs Research target accounts and tailor outreach to technical buyers Requirements 1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in-person from our office 5 days a week
