• •This role supports a variety of marketing activities, from event logistics to digital advertising and campaign coordination.
• •Key Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end event coordination, including registration, travel, and booth logistics.
• •Oversee inventory and fulfillment of marketing materials and coordinate shipments.
• •Support ad campaign setup, monitor ad spend, and conduct research on audience targeting.
• •Manage monthly newsletters, maintain marketing calendar, and support social media accounts.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or comparable experience). 2-4 years of marketing experience.
• •Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• •Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, or Asana is a plus.
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive and eager to learn.
