• •As an Agent Engineer II, you will independently design and implement production AI agents for healthcare customers.
• •You will architect context graphs for complex clinical workflows and build evaluation frameworks to ensure clinical safety and system reliability.
• •Key Responsibilities Design hierarchical state machines (context graphs) to model multi-step clinical workflows.
• •Architect agent identities and communication patterns for safe patient engagement.
• •Build evaluation suites and run coverage-optimized simulations to test edge cases.
• •Diagnose production failures by tracing routing decisions and prompt logs.
• •Requirements 2-4 years of production software engineering experience.
• •Strong Python skills including Pydantic models and async patterns.
• •Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or building on AI platforms.
• •Strong debugging skills across multiple system layers and testing methodologies.
