• •Firecrawl is seeking a Lead to own and scale three core growth programs: the Firestarters community, Ambassador network, and Affiliate program.
• •You will build deep relationships with developers and creators to drive content and growth.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the Firestarters community of power users and open-source maintainers.
• •Build relationships with major influencers and coordinate bounty-style content creation.
• •Oversee the end-to-end affiliate program including onboarding, tracking, and payouts.
• •Identify synergies between programs to create a growth flywheel.
• •Requirements 3+ years of experience in community management, DevRel, or creator partnerships.
• •Strong operational skills to manage multiple high-touch programs simultaneously.
• •Proficiency using AI tools like Claude or n8n to multiply output.
