  • Lead TRM's go-to-market and sales efforts across Nordic public sector accounts to grow revenue and strategic partnerships with government, regulators, and law enforcement.
  • Key Responsibilities Map accounts and stakeholders across Nordic public sector agencies and regulators.
  • Prospect and secure discovery meetings, building pipeline and forecasts.
  • Plan and execute territory strategy, renewals, upsells, and expansions.
  • Deepen product and subject-matter expertise; run innovation workshops with agencies.
  • Champion customer advocacy and feedback into product strategy.
  • Requirements 6+ years B2G SaaS or technology sales experience, ideally in public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Nordic government workflows and public procurement.
  • Proven consultative selling and executive-level stakeholder engagement skills.
