Analytics Lead

Lead analytics function, build data infrastructure, and deliver insights.

• •OpenFX is hiring an Analytics Lead to build and run the analytics function, establishing core data infrastructure and delivering insights to drive business decisions across the company.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and implement analytics infrastructure, data warehouse, ETL, and visualization tooling.
• •Create dashboards and analytics for operations, finance, partnerships, growth, and transactions.
• •Build risk monitoring, fraud detection, pricing, and financial planning models.
• •Establish data quality standards, automate reporting, and enable self-service analytics.
• •Partner with leadership and hire/mentor a team of analysts.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. 6+ years in analytics or data science roles.
• •Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow.
• •Proven experience building large-scale data pipelines and strong communication skills.
