Working Student Business Analyst DACH

Working student to drive growth and customer satisfaction for Raisin's Austrian market.

• •Raisin is seeking a motivated working student to join their international B2C team, focusing on growing the retail customer base and increasing satisfaction.
• •You will support the DACH market and act as a "mini country head" for Austria.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive the development of the Austrian market by identifying and implementing growth initiatives.
• •Conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
• •Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• •Work closely with various departments and stakeholders.
• •Support with tasks related to sponsorships and customer events.
• •Requirements At least C1 German and fluent English skills.
• •Studying marketing, business administration, communications, economics, or a comparable field.
• •Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
