Own full-cycle talent acquisition for Go-to-Market and Operations teams.
- •Baselayer is growing, and we're looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us hire the people who will define the company.
- •You'll be owning full-cycle talent acquisition across Go-to-Market, and Operations teams.
- •This is a high-impact, high-ownership role
- •you'll work directly with founders and hiring managers to build a bar-raising hiring process and bring exceptional people into the team.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM and Operations
- •from sourcing through offer close Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and maintain a high hiring bar Build and manage sourcing strategies to proactively identify top talent through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and creative outreach Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring every candidate has a respectful, clear, and timely process Maintain and improve our ATS, keeping pipelines clean and data accurate Requirements 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated success hiring across GTM and/or Operations roles Strong sourcing skills
- •you know how to find and engage passive candidates, not just manage inbound Excellent communication and organizational skills; you run a tight, candidate-friendly process Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar) Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
