- •We’re looking for an Agency Partner to drive our agency growth strategy in Germany.
- •In this role, you will work closely with senior agency stakeholders to develop and expand their programmatic expertise while positioning StackAdapt as their go-to partner for innovative digital advertising solutions.
- •Reporting to the Country Manager/Director, Sales DACH, you will focus on building deep partnerships with agencies, driving incremental revenue, and educating teams to maximise success on our platform.
- •StackAdapt is a remote first company, however our Sales teams are regionalised.
- •For this role we are prioritising candidates located in Germany What You'll Be Doing: Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for assigned media agencies, driving adoption of StackAdapt’s platform and increasing programmatic advertising revenue.
- •Build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders (C-level executives, Managing Directors) while also engaging operational teams like Media Planners and Buyers.
- •Lead negotiations and close long-term commercial agreements, ensuring agency alignment with StackAdapt’s solutions.
- •Educate and empower agencies to become advocates for StackAdapt through in-depth training and showcasing our platform's capabilities.
- •Partner with internal teams, including Account Managers, Sales Managers and Product Specialists, to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional results for agency clients.
- •Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and agency needs to proactively address challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- •Present performance metrics and key insights to agencies, aligning on mutual goals and optimizing the use of our platform.
- •What You'll Bring to the Table 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales, with a strong focus on agency partnerships.
- •Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English.
- •Demonstrated success working with and growing accounts within media agency networks (HoldCo and independent).
- •Proven ability to manage C-level relationships while influencing decision-making across all levels of an organization.
- •Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, agency operating models, and digital advertising technologies.
- •Experience developing client pitch decks, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- •Willingness to travel occasionally to attend in-person client meetings and industry events.
