About the role
Identify and engage prospective jewellery businesses for Nivoda.
- •As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nivoda, you'll be at the front line of our North American growth, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective jewellery businesses.
- •You will be responsible for turning cold outreach into warm, excited conversations for our Account Executive team.
- •Key Responsibilities Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- •Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders and tailor outreach.
- •Conduct high-volume outreach to help prospects understand how Nivoda saves them time, money, and headaches.
- •Book and hand off high-quality discovery calls to the Account Executive team.
- •Maintain a clean and accurate CRM (Salesforce).
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- •Proven cold calling experience and genuine comfort on the phone.
- •Excellent communicator
