About the role
Lead the Growth product function, focusing on acquisition, retention, and experimentation.
- •This is a fixed-term contract to cover the maternity leave of our Head of Product, Growth.
- •You will take full ownership of the Growth product function during that period.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the product experience from landing page through the full sign-up funnel and across the first four boxes, focusing on reducing churn.
- •Lead a rigorous A/B testing programme with clear hypotheses and honest read-outs.
- •Lead three Growth PMs across Acquisition, Retention, and Growth Tooling.
- •Set and hold the bar for product quality across all three Growth squads.
- •Requirements Hands-on role with setting direction, making prioritisation calls, and coaching PMs.
- •Taking clear accountability for commercial outcomes.
- •Broad leadership role spanning acquisition, retention, experimentation, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
