- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
- •Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate programs, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management.
- •Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, forecast, report on program health, and recommend improvements.
- •Serve as the primary affiliate point of contact for clients, leading discussions and presentations.
- •Audit existing or prospective clients' affiliate programs to identify growth opportunities and troubleshoot issues.
- •Requirements 5+ years of dedicated affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- •Demonstrated success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
- •Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to influence C-suite clients with data-driven strategy.
- •Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
- •Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
