Diamonds Quality Control Executive

Responsible for quality controlling diamonds and managing shipments in NYC office.

• •We are looking to hire an experienced diamond professional to join our NYC Office.
• •You will be responsible for quality controlling diamonds and gemstones as well as managing all incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the office.
• •Key Responsibilities Quality control diamonds and gemstones Receive consolidated shipments via courier partners Repack and send orders along to the next destination while updating the Nivoda system.
• •Hand-deliver diamonds to local customers when necessary Create shipments using the Nivoda platform and send labels to suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• •Requirements Hands on diamond/gemstone experience or GIA certification Must have experience in stock control of high value products.
• •Attention to detail is a must.
• •Honesty, professionalism, and integrity are essential.
• •Alignment with the Nivoda company values and culture.
