- •Account Executive responsible for scaling Cambly's B2B business in Japan through enterprise sales, pipeline building, and customer engagement in a primarily remote role.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop target account strategy and prioritize outreach to high-value customers.
- •Build and manage full sales pipeline and drive new business acquisition.
- •Deeply understand customer needs and craft value-driven proposals.
- •Strengthen relationships with executives and senior stakeholders; expand revenue via new contracts and upsells.
- •Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to generate leads and advance deals.
- •Requirements 3+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS/HR Tech/professional services preferred).
- •Experience selling to executives and decision-makers; track record meeting or exceeding targets.
- •Native-level Japanese and business-level English for global collaboration.
- •Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
