- •The Customer Success Manager will ensure customer success and value from the Ivalua platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and strengthen customer relationships by developing success plans.
- •Manage contract renewals sustainably and comprehensively.
- •Collaborate with customers on acquiring new licenses in a SaaS company.
- •Identify upselling opportunities and work with the sales team to guide them through the sales cycle.
- •Manage customer expectations and desired outcomes with strong leadership, project management, presentation skills, and business acumen.
- •Requirements Strong interpersonal skills and ability to balance business and technology topics.
- •Act as the primary escalation point for problems, resolving issues with partners, professional services, and sales teams.
- •Serve as the Ivalua customer representative for the assigned customer base, ensuring key decision-makers understand the value of Ivalua.
- •Proactively help customers achieve their business goals by becoming a true partner in their business transformations.
