Developer Community Manager

Build and run developer community programs to drive adoption of Devin and Windsurf.

• •Own strategy and execution of Cognition's developer community programs, building ambassador, university, and event initiatives to drive adoption of Devin and Windsurf.
• •Key Responsibilities Scale ambassador program: recruit, onboard, and support developer advocates Plan and run developer events like hackathons, meetups, and conference activations Build university programs and campus partnerships Create technical content: tutorials, demos, and workshop materials Manage community platforms and synthesize feedback to product teams Requirements Technical background with coding experience and familiarity with APIs/SDKs 2+ years in developer relations, community management, or technical evangelism Experience planning and executing technical events and workshops Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup
