Manage customer engagements, drive service delivery, and improve professional services operations.

  • Kong is seeking an Engagement Manager to join their Professional Services team.
  • This role will manage customer engagements across the entire lifecycle, ensuring they derive maximum value from Kong products and driving successful delivery of services.
  • Key Responsibilities Own and lead customer engagements, managing expectations and driving prescriptive outcomes.
  • Manage project management activities, including scope, requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve customer escalations and project risks.
  • Assist with resource assignment, onboarding, and operational processes within Professional Services.
  • Improve business and reporting processes for the services team.
  • Requirements Strong project/program management and services delivery experience with strategic customers.
  • Deep experience with project financial fundamentals and PSA tools like Financial Force.
  • Excellent customer-facing and executive communication skills.
