- •Kong is seeking an Engagement Manager to join their Professional Services team.
- •This role will manage customer engagements across the entire lifecycle, ensuring they derive maximum value from Kong products and driving successful delivery of services.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and lead customer engagements, managing expectations and driving prescriptive outcomes.
- •Manage project management activities, including scope, requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
- •Identify and resolve customer escalations and project risks.
- •Assist with resource assignment, onboarding, and operational processes within Professional Services.
- •Improve business and reporting processes for the services team.
- •Requirements Strong project/program management and services delivery experience with strategic customers.
- •Deep experience with project financial fundamentals and PSA tools like Financial Force.
- •Excellent customer-facing and executive communication skills.
