About the role
Oversee HRIS implementation and data migration for Deel clients.
- •This role is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of complex HRIS systems for Deel's clients.
- •You will lead and manage the full HRIS implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, proper system configuration, and a seamless transition.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead complex HRIS implementation projects, ensuring smooth roll-outs for new and transitioning clients.
- •Mentor new Implementation Managers and promote best practices in HRIS implementation.
- •Consult with client stakeholders on HRIS migration best practices.
- •Serve as a subject matter expert on the Deel HR platform and its touchpoints with other Deel products.
- •Oversee data imports and migration from outgoing HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- •Requirements Experience leading complex HRIS implementation projects.
- •Mentorship and collaboration skills.
- •Expertise in HRIS systems and data migration.
