Senior Staff Product Manager

• •We are hiring a Product Manager, Billing to lead the product and systems work behind how Konnect makes money: entitlements, metering, checkout, invoicing, provisioning, and the enterprise and marketplace motions that surround them.
• •About the Role: In this role you are the product owner of Konnect's commercial operating layer: the systems that translate what Sales sells and what customers use into what ends up on an invoice.
• •That means plan and entitlement design, the usage metering pipeline, self-serve checkout and subscription lifecycle, customer organization and billing admin experiences, enterprise billing workflows (CPQ sync, custom contracts), and cloud marketplace billing.
• •You will work hand-in-hand with Product Growth, Pricing & Packaging, Finance, GTM, Sales, and Engineering.
• •This role reports to the VP of Growth and sits at the intersection of two multi-year transformations: Kong's move from a single-product API gateway company into a multi-product enterprise, and Monetization's company-wide overhaul of pricing and packaging.
• •The Billing, Provisioning, and Fulfillment program has historically been manual and relationship-driven.
