Solutions Engineer

Help customers integrate Foxglove into their data ecosystems.

• •We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to help customers integrate Foxglove seamlessly into their large-scale data ecosystems.
• •You’ll work closely with engineering teams across a variety of stacks and frameworks to design efficient ingestion and storage workflows, troubleshoot complex performance issues, and ensure reliable data interoperability at scale.
• •Key Responsibilities Collaborate with customer engineering teams to understand their data architecture.
• •Build and deliver technical demos and proof-of-concepts.
• •Guide customers from initial setup through production deployment.
• •Diagnose and resolve complex data, performance, and interoperability issues.
• •Provide structured insights and feature requests to Foxglove’s product team.
• •Requirements 8+ years of experience in data infrastructure, systems, or backend engineering. 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• •Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++.
• •Familiarity with real-time data streaming, messaging systems, and data visualization tools.
