Lead currency expansion across Europe, manage partnerships, and set pricing.

• •Lead currency expansion across Europe, owning end-to-end launches from onboarding liquidity partners to settlement rails and compliance.
• •Set pricing, prioritize engineering, and ensure reliability for institutional clients.
• •Key Responsibilities Own corridor launch readiness and go/no-go decisions for European currencies.
• •Prioritize and write specs for engineering to deliver roadmap items.
• •Manage LP and banking partner relationships and onboarding.
• •Set pricing and run pricing experiments to drive volume.
• •Requirements Experience shipping cross-border payment products or banking/card infrastructure.
• •Ability to manage compliance, settlement rails and operational setup.
• •Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering and partners.
