Executive Director, Clinical Business Operations

Lead clinical business operations strategy, governance, and performance for Kura Oncology.

• •Kura Oncology is seeking an Executive Director, Clinical Business Operations to drive operational strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business performance across the Clinical Operations organization.
• •This strategic leader will advise executive leadership and ensure the organization has the necessary processes, capabilities, and governance to successfully deliver the clinical portfolio.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute operational strategy in partnership with Clinical Operations leadership.
• •Establish and oversee governance frameworks supporting clinical operations portfolio execution.
• •Define enterprise-level KPIs and drive continuous improvement efforts for operational efficiency and quality.
• •Oversee organizational capacity planning and workforce strategy, partnering with Finance for budget development.
• •Lead change management initiatives and foster adoption of new ways of working.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in science/healthcare field, nursing degree, or equivalent. 15+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry.
• •Significant leadership experience within Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Business Operations, or Program Management.
• •Demonstrated experience developing organizational planning, governance, and performance metrics.
