- •Drive proactive outreach and follow-up to reduce churn and increase client engagement.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of experience in client retention, account management, or customer success.
- •Strong track record of meeting or exceeding retention, renewal, or save-rate targets.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
- •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
