About the role
- •As a Field Engineer on our federal AI projects, you'll work directly with our largest public sector customers to make sure their experience with Scale's technology is smooth and successful.
- •You'll help these customers build production-grade data pipelines, working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- •This means learning each customer's use cases in depth and building the tools and documentation they need to grow.
