• •As an Operations Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth daily operations of our commercial delivery network.
• •Your focus will be on executing strategies, managing daily activities, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• •Key Responsibilities Oversee and execute daily deployments, coordinating between Field Agents and Piloting teams.
• •Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time, escalating as needed.
• •Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality measures.
• •Track and report key operational metrics to measure efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• •Support onboarding and training of new Operations Associates.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years in operations, logistics, or customer service).
• •Strong organizational, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and remain calm under pressure.
