Senior Product Manager – Universal KYC (MetaMask Passport)

Lead the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport.

• •Lead the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport to create a single, reusable identity layer across MetaMask, balancing privacy and global compliance.
• •Key Responsibilities Own vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport.
• •Build identity platform and verification primitives adopted across products.
• •Design low-friction KYC experiences reducing time-to-first-transaction.
• •Partner with internal teams to drive adoption and integration.
• •Align cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
• •Requirements Experience building/scaling identity verification (IDV) or KYC products.
• •Background in fintech, ideally with Web3 exposure.
• •Hands-on with IDV vendors (Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, Stripe Identity).
• •Familiarity with compliance workflows: KYC, KYB, CDD.
