• •We're hiring a GTM Engineer to optimize our outbound motion and enable our GTMA team to execute effectively at scale.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize outbound infrastructure Design and refine cold email sequences Implement signal-based triggers for high-value accounts Track and analyze outbound performance metrics Serve as the operational partner to the GTMA team Requirements 2+ years in a GTM Engineer, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops role Hands-on experience with outbound tools Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python or JS) Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of problems Analytical mindset and clear communication skills
