Lead and grow the Cortex team in Bangalore to deliver production AI/ML services.

• •Lead and grow the Cortex team in Bangalore to deliver production AI/ML services, taking models from research handoff to reliable, monitored production systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a distributed team of ML and delivery engineers; run 1:1s and career planning.
• •Own end-to-end delivery and operational support for AI services, including gated model deployments and SLOs.
• •Collaborate with Applied ML, Product, TPM, and platform teams to align roadmap and integrations.
• •Champion AI-first tooling and embed AI-assisted development practices.
• •Requirements 2+ years engineering management experience, ideally in MLOps/AI contexts.
• •Proven delivery of production ML/AI services and model lifecycle management.
• •Proficiency in Python and familiarity with JVM/Kotlin; cloud-native ML infra (AWS, SageMaker, EKS).
• •Strong MLOps foundations: gated deployments, monitoring, drift detection, SLOs, and incident management.
