- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement features across mobile and backend Contribute to or lead architecture and design decisions Conduct rigorous code reviews Respond to and resolve production incidents Use AI tools daily Help engineers around you grow Requirements 3+ years of fullstack experience Strong backend skills: Java/Spring Strong mobile skills: Flutter/Dart Solid experience with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures Good testing instincts Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and deployment in cloud environments Awareness of how payments platforms work
