• •Discord is hiring a Litigation Counsel to manage and lead litigation matters, partner with internal teams, and support legal strategy for the company.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee active litigation matters.
• •Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external counsel.
• •Develop litigation strategy and advise on risk and legal exposure.
• •Draft and review legal filings, motions, and correspondence.
• •Support discovery, fact development, and settlement negotiations.
• •Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
• •Experience handling complex litigation matters.
• •Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external counsel.
