  • Paytm Travel is seeking a Revenue Manager to drive growth, pricing strategy, and profitability across travel categories.
  • This role is crucial for optimizing revenue and customer retention in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Key Responsibilities Own Revenue, GMV, Margin, and P&L metrics for Travel.
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies to improve bookings and profitability.
  • Monitor conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Conduct business analysis to identify growth opportunities and revenue leakages.
  • Drive A/B testing and growth experiments.
  • Requirements 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Management, Growth, Category Management, or Business Analytics.
  • Experience in Travel, OTA, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet businesses.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, demand forecasting, profitability, and customer retention.
