- •The Technical Account Manager (TAM) supports customers in leveraging Benchling to transform their research teams' workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- •Act as the main point of contact for Success Package delivery post-go-live.
- •Proactively partner with customers to optimize their Benchling instance.
- •Lead and execute projects and assignments as needed.
- •Develop and manage project plans for customer engagements.
- •Requirements Active Benchling experience required.
- •BS or M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Bioengineering, or similar life science field.
- •Experience in a lab or research setting.
- •Skilled in internal business systems and project management tools.
