  • The Technical Account Manager (TAM) supports customers in leveraging Benchling to transform their research teams' workflows.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Success Package delivery post-go-live.
  • Proactively partner with customers to optimize their Benchling instance.
  • Lead and execute projects and assignments as needed.
  • Develop and manage project plans for customer engagements.
  • Requirements Active Benchling experience required.
  • BS or M.Sc. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Bioengineering, or similar life science field.
  • Experience in a lab or research setting.
  • Skilled in internal business systems and project management tools.
