- •As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll ensure enterprise customers thrive and achieve maximum value from the Deliverect platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop strategies to foster long-term customer relationships.
- •Work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and advocate for customers.
- •Monitor customer usage and leverage data to demonstrate Deliverect's value.
- •Act as an escalation point for complex technical and non-technical queries.
- •Identify potential upsell opportunities and support renewal management.
- •Requirements Professional fluency in English, French, and Arabic. 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- •An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex customer issues.
- •Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
