- •Osmo seeks a commercially driven early-career Commercial Sales Associate to support and grow fragrance oil accounts across fine fragrance, home, and body care, working with fragrance teams and AI-enabled tools.
- •Key Responsibilities Support management and growth of fragrance oil accounts across categories.
- •Prospect and develop relationships with emerging and independent brands.
- •Assist in presentations, evaluations, and client communications.
- •Coordinate with perfumers, evaluators, and operations to meet client needs.
- •Track client activity, timelines, and commercial opportunities.
- •Requirements 1-3+ years of fragrance house or adjacent beauty industry experience.
- •Experience supporting smaller or emerging clients preferred.
- •Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- •Comfortable with technology and interested in AI-enabled tools.
