  • Osmo seeks a commercially driven early-career Commercial Sales Associate to support and grow fragrance oil accounts across fine fragrance, home, and body care, working with fragrance teams and AI-enabled tools.
  • Key Responsibilities Support management and growth of fragrance oil accounts across categories.
  • Prospect and develop relationships with emerging and independent brands.
  • Assist in presentations, evaluations, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with perfumers, evaluators, and operations to meet client needs.
  • Track client activity, timelines, and commercial opportunities.
  • Requirements 1-3+ years of fragrance house or adjacent beauty industry experience.
  • Experience supporting smaller or emerging clients preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in AI-enabled tools.
