• •Join our Central Insight & Analytics team to analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights to improve our proposition for users.
• •Key Responsibilities Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams.
• •Communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to solve real-world problems and ensure data-driven decision making.
• •Develop high-impact reporting and dashboards to move the business toward self-serve discovery.
• •Participate in the internal data community to share knowledge and ideas.
• •Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in an Analytics role.
• •Natural curiosity and interest in understanding the business problem behind the request.
• •SQL fluency and interest in using Python for analysis.
• •Commercial spark and interest in how a business makes money.
