TL;DR
Lead and manage complex projects for internal workflow application (TRAX).
- •Apply and expand expertise gained from education and work experience in the securities industry to analyze, maintain, implement, and continually enhance the internal workflow application (TRAX).
- •The employee will balance responsibilities across training, platform and integration development, managing incidents and changes, and strategic planning for the platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and direct complex, high-profile initiatives across all project phases, balancing competing priorities, timelines, and resources while aligning work to the firm's product roadmap and strategic objectives.
- •Serve as a primary representative for major firm-level projects, acting on behalf of the department across Wealth Management, Operations, IT, and other divisions.
- •Contribute expertise and support in complex projects and enhancements to D.A.
- •Davidson's platforms and tools.
- •Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholders to align priorities with D.A.
- •Davidson's product roadmap and collect feedback.
- •Communicate product strategy to senior leaders.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is preferred 2-3 years relevant business experience
