• •Key Responsibilities Build and scale the Implementation function, leading complex customer deployments and establishing repeatable playbooks.
• •Productize implementation services into standardized, tiered offerings and build self-service onboarding resources.
• •Design and launch premium service SKUs to create a professional services revenue stream.
