About the role
TL;DR
Provide direct mental health care to clients remotely as a licensed therapist.
Required skills
Independently Licensed TherapistMaster's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalentExperience in diagnosing mental health disorders in accordance with the DSM-5 criteriaMaintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing & implementing outcome-focused careEmpathetic and intuitive listeningStrong verbal and written communicationKnowledgeable in crisis responseComfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environmentTech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems & tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, proprietary EMR, etc.)Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality mental health care
Nice-to-have skills
