- •Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software.
- •Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- •Familiarity with desktop hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
- •Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and common desktop applications.
- •Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted.
