Senior Software Engineer

Develop and refine a scalable application for the XTM Suite.

• •Join our XTM One team to shape a state-of-the-art product and build the core platform for our XTM Suite.
• •Key Responsibilities Build a clean, scalable application deployable both as SaaS and On-Premise.
• •Refine the software architecture to handle integrations with the AI team.
• •Iterate fast to test concepts, being comfortable with refactoring or deleting code.
• •Engage with the Open Source community, answering user questions.
• •Participate in the creation of development processes and team culture.
• •Requirements Senior experience in Full Stack development, with strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• •Architectural Mindset: Experience with genAI frameworks, potentially levering MCP servers.
• •Ownership & Agility: Experience launching projects and navigating uncertainty.
• •Full Stack mastery: Comfort with frontend interfaces and backend logic.
