  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and SME customers to drive adoption and measurable impact of voize's AI companion in care workflows.
  • Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end rollout and success of 30–50 customers Drive adoption through processes, touchpoints and proactive communication Monitor customer health, usage and tickets to spot risks Simplify recurring CS workflows and run scalable enablement Collaborate with Support, Product and Onboarding Requirements Strong ownership, structure and systems thinking Comfort with data, dashboards and signals Ability to manage many customers and make judgment calls Empathy in human-centred healthcare environments Fluent German and English (C2 level)
