- •Wing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Logistics Manager to join their Forward Logistics team.
- •This remote role in the United States will manage regional logistics for Wing’s operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness, and contributing to regional and global strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide in-region logistics leadership, guidance, and strategy.
- •Drive strategic planning and execution across regional logistics sites to meet performance goals.
- •Collaborate with internal teams, manage 3PL relationships with clear KPIs, and lead change management.
- •Ensure achievement of regional logistics KPIs, such as inventory accuracy and OTIF.
- •Partner with Finance on the logistics P&L to drive profitable growth and cost excellence.
- •Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience in global transportation, logistics, or supply chain management. 2+ years of proven experience directly managing people or a geographically dispersed team.
- •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- •Experience with multi-site leadership, inventory accuracy, and change management.
- •Experience with international shipping and customs.
