Deliver ROI for Strategic and Enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.
- •Partner with Strategic and Enterprise customers to understand business objectives and deliver ROI throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customers, driving deep product activation and engagement Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify opportunities and ensure renewals Partner with customers to understand their goals and challenges, creating strategies utilizing SafetyCulture Become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, enabling the best customer experience Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams to influence the product roadmap Requirements 5+ years experience in a customer facing role with Enterprise customers Background in leveraging data to inform and execute strategies that encourage product adoption Persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate up and down an organisation Passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues Ability to actively listen, understand customer pain points and take action Enjoy working in a fast-paced organisation and easily adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
