• •As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Foodics, you will be responsible for ensuring new clients successfully integrate and adopt the Foodics restaurant management platform.
• •You will guide customers through the initial setup, configuration, and training phases to ensure long-term success.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant partners.
• •Provide technical guidance on platform configuration and hardware integration.
• •Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client management and staff.
• •Requirements Previous experience in customer success, onboarding, or technical support.
• •Strong communication and presentation skills.
• •Familiarity with POS systems or SaaS platforms is preferred.
